No performance guarantees
Search rankings, advertising results and conversion rates depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity and your own market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or revenue outcomes.
Engagements
Work is carried out under a separate written proposal or contract that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms. Where those documents conflict with this page, they take precedence.
Intellectual property
Deliverables transfer to the client on full payment unless the engagement agreement states otherwise. Our own tools, templates and methods remain ours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
